How is theobroma cacao made?

The production process of Theobroma cacao begins with the cocoa beans, which are harvested from the cacao tree. These beans are fermented and dried before being transported to the factory. In the factory, the beans are roasted, during which the shell is removed and the core remains. This core, also known as nibs, is ground to form cocoa mass. The cocoa mass is then pressed to separate cocoa powder and cocoa butter. The cocoa butter is further filtered and purified to remove impurities and ensure the high quality required for various applications.
