How is theobroma cacao biologic made?

The production process of organic theobroma cacao starts with the cacao beans, which are harvested from the cacao tree. These beans are fermented and dried before being transported to the factory. At the factory, the beans are roasted, removing the skins and leaving behind the kernel. This kernel, also called nibs, is ground to form cacao mass. The cacao mass is then pressed to separate the cacao powder and cacao butter. The organic cacao butter is then further filtered and purified to remove impurities and ensure the high quality required for various applications.

The function of biologic cocoa butter

Organic cocoa butter, also known as theobroma cacao, has many beneficial properties. It is rich in vitamins E and K, both of which contribute to healthy skin. Thanks to the presence of antioxidants, cocoa butter helps fight free radicals, which prevents skin from aging. In addition, cocoa butter is an excellent moisturizer, penetrating deep into the skin and providing long-lasting hydration. These properties make organic cocoa butter ideal for use in creams, lotions and lip balms.
