How is cera biologic made?
To obtain cera alba organic, or organic beeswax, beeswax undergoes a natural bleaching process. Beeswax is naturally yellow in color, but this process changes the color to a lighter shade. Beeswax bleaching is usually done through a natural process involving sunlight and air. This specific process plays a crucial role in breaking down the yellow pigments in the beeswax, creating the desired lighter color without the use of synthetic chemicals.
Beeswax bleaching is a careful process that requires precise control to achieve the desired color and quality. First, the beeswax is collected from beehives and thoroughly cleaned to remove impurities. It is then placed in suitable equipment and exposed to the natural bleaching agent.
The function of biologic beeswax
Organic beeswax has a number of unique properties that make it a valuable product in various applications. Firstly, beeswax is known for its excellent spreadability and lubricating properties. It can be used as a natural lubricant for various machines and devices. In addition, organic beeswax has a high melting point, which makes it resistant to high temperatures. This makes it suitable for use in candles, where it ensures a slow and even burn.
Cera biologic in various industries
Cera alba organic finds its application in various industries due to its versatile properties.
Cosmetic industry: In the cosmetic industry, organic beeswax is widely used in the production of lip balms, creams and lotions due to its excellent moisturizing and protective effect. It forms a natural barrier on the skin, retains moisture and thus helps to keep the lips and skin healthy and hydrated.
Pharmaceutical industry: Organic beeswax also plays an important role in the pharmaceutical industry. It acts as a binding agent for pills and tablets, helping to hold the various ingredients together and ensuring the firmness of the medicines. Due to the excellent compression properties and the stability that organic beeswax offers, the pills become easier to swallow and remain intact during storage and transport.
Food industry: Organic beeswax is used in the food industry as a glazing agent for sweets, chocolate and other food products. It gives an attractive shine and makes the products look appetizing. In addition, organic beeswax protects products from moisture and extends their shelf life, making it a useful natural preservative.
